S&D is a full-service real estate property management company. We provide brokerage services for qualified commercial and residential properties, with the appropriate tenant mix. One of our primary strengths is the ability to evaluate real estate in terms of highest and best use, feasibility and investment performance.

In addition, S&D will ensure that all properties are properly maintained, and that repairs and maintenance are always addressed in a timely manner. We will also periodically provide reports on profitability compared on an annual basis.

Due to our extensive knowledge, experience and commitment to service excellence, S&D Real Estate was chosen by Nassau County to revitalize and manage their entire portfolio of historic landmark properties. Units currently under S&D real estate property management include the Sands Point Preserve, Muttontown Preserve and Tiffany Creek Preserve, as well as over 50 other residential and commercial units.
